The mobilisation of the catering and housekeeping crew and implementation of Francois’ processes and services were executed in two weeks, while the team also adapted dynamically to emerging requirements.

From provisioning the asset with catering and cleaning supplies to deploying a crew whose strengths were identified and optimised in real time, Francois demonstrated its ability to adapt and deliver.

Daily liaison with the client ensured that evolving needs, such as the decision to replace all mattresses onboard, were met without disruption.

Service began ahead of schedule, with the first meal served a full day earlier than planned.
